Dr. Jackson was one of the nicest doctors that I seen lately. I have been in severe pain since October and he injected my spine. He was very gentle and hopefully it will be successful. Had the injection yesterday and it already feels better.

I have been seeing Dr. Jackson For epidurals in my left lower back for several years now. He always listens and spends the time with me. Over the visits we have pinpoint almost to the week of when it will wear off and has me scheduled by that time. He cares about keeping people out of pain. His office runs like clock work and all the ladies from the front to back have always been amazing. I feel like a cared about patient. With Dr Jackson and his team. I was able to get my mom in and set up with a colleague in the same office. She's also living her best life. Great group.

The pain clinic office and Dr Jackson are completely able to communicate with a patient so that they don't feel that they're being talked down to, there was always a sense of calmness when you enter for a procedure, and all staff keep you talking so that you can concentrate on your quote unquote happy place. I have had multiple injections from Dr Jackson and he is an asset to his calling.

Dr. Jackson checks files before he sees you and knows why you are there and that he has seen you before. The whole office staff are caring people unlike the other 3 Northeast offices I have visited this past year. This office could teach the other 3 how to care for patients. This practice and Dr. Jackson Is top notch. Been here I guess 10 times never nothing less than 10. I drive almost an hour to visit him since he went to Braselton from Gainesville. The inconvenience is worth the service provided.

Great experience didnt even realize I was almost done with the procedure because he was so good at not creating pain and talked to me the entire time. Only time I felt bad discomfort was the last tiny bit of medicine made me feel pressure.

Dr. Jackson has been managing my sciatica pain for going on two years now. We even figure out it was best to get me in a route for the 90 days. That way my insurance will be pre approved for 90 days and I dont have to wait to start hurting, then call the office, and wait two weeks after it starts hurting. This way Im on the books. I would be on the books before Pain ever begins. This last time we both forgot to do it, and I actually in 7-8 pain level a few days before the 90 days. Dr. Jackson talk to me in length about using a little bit of a different medication that would hopefully add better relief and get us past 90 days . Dr. Jackson and his staff have always been amazing and supportive no matter what. I will refer family and friends to him forever. He's really changed my life for the better with chronic pain. Doctors like him are few and far in between. Great staff as well!

Very professional and.caring

Dr. Gregory Dennis Jackson is wonderful and so considerate. I receive lower back injections that Dr. Jackson performs. Dr. Jackson makes sure you are comfortable, and he would always say, he was sorry, it will be over in just a few minutes, when the injections would start to get painful. The procedure was over in about 3 minutes!

Dr. Jackson and his staff is the only dr I would consider seeing for my pain management. We travel almost 2 hrs to see him and I gladly make this trip to see and be treated by him. Getting a lumbar epidural and years ago facet joint injections in my neck are not to be trusted to just any dr. Dr Jackson is outstanding and would never see anyone else for my needs. He is an outstanding dr!

I found Dr. Jackson to be prompt with his appointment, and the care that I needed to take care of my issues

Dr Jackson is incredible as well as his nursing team. It is somewhat tough to get through to the office and the receptionist's tone tends to be sharp and not the most welcoming at times.

I see Dr. Jackson every three months for an epidural injection. Every time I get a survey I complete it. I have never had a doctor really listen to me like he does. He keeps me out of pain without the use of narcotics and has always stopped my pain with injections immediately, I'm very grateful for Dr. Jackson and his staff!

Every experience I've had with Dr Jackson has been nothing but excellent. I have been his patient for almost 8 years

Dr. Gregory Jackson is the best. I have very bad issues with my lower back. Dr. Jackson and I believe his "assistant" Dr. administered injections into my lower back. The injections were targeted to the right side of my lower back where I have been experiencing so much pain it was almost impossible for me to walk or stand for a few minutes. During the procedure, Dr. Jackson always made sure that I was doing ok. He also was explaining every step to me while administering the Injections. I really liked that. Overall, the injections stung a little bit. It was over in about 5 minutes (prepping took a few minutes). Dr., once I started talking to her, was a delight! We talked about raising boys and laughed so much! I so recommend Interventional Pain Medicine. The women at the front desk are very nice. The nurses are super superb!! Oh, I forgot to mention, the injections have worked. I don't feel any pain in my lower back!! The injections worked!! WOW!!
