COVID-19 In-Office Safety Measures

Don’t delay your care.

Sometimes, you need essential care or procedures beyond what you can access from home. Northeast Georgia Physicians Group has new safety precautions at each of our locations to ensure your safety when you need care.

Our primary care and specialty practices are seeing patients in-person and through video visits. We have also resumed essential surgeries and procedures so you can receive the care you need.

Our Safety Precautions

Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other experts, we have implemented the following measures to keep you safe:

  • Screenings at our entrances to ensure that any patients, staff or visitors with COVID-19 symptoms are not exposing others.
  • More frequent cleaning and decontamination of our offices using products that are proven to kill viruses and bacteria.
  • Equipping our care teams with face masks and additional PPE, and ensuring that patients who enter are wearing a mask.
  • Adhering to social distancing guidelines by asking patients to wait for appointments in their cars, enforcing social distancing in waiting rooms and limiting the number of people in our offices by staggering appointments.
