The staff and providers at Northeast Georgia Physicians Group (NGPG) Wauka Mountain welcome Sarah Yu, MD, to the practice in Clermont.
Family is one of the most important things in Dr. Yu’s life, and joining NGPG Wauka Mountain will bring her closer to the ones she loves. Her family lives nearby, offering the joy of more family time, as well as a new community to invest in.
“I’m so excited to join NGPG and plant my roots in North Georgia,” Dr. Yu said. “I’m looking forward to getting to know this community and all it has to offer. My family has always loved it, so I know I will, too.”
Dr. Yu grew up in Florida and received her medical degree from Florida International University’s Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine in Miami, Florida. She went on to complete her residency at Memorial Hermann Medical Group in Houston, Texas.
Being in North Georgia will give Dr. Yu plenty of opportunity to do what she loves. In addition to taking care of her patients and spending time with family, she plans to explore the great outdoors by going hiking, fishing and attending community events.
