Excellent visit all the way around

I am very thankful to be a patient of Dr. Kerrick's practice; always very responsive to needs and guidance. For my recent appointment, I developed s/s of illness and Dr. Kerrick allowed me to transition to a telehealth appointment instead of requiring me to reschedule.

Dr. Kerrick was very professional and detailed during my visit. He listened to my concerns and gave suggestions.

Dr. Kerrick took the time to make sure I understood the next steps in my plan of care.

Dr Kerrick is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and answers all my questions. Staff is respectful and treats you with dignity, such as when taking you to the room, does not run ahead of me when I walk too slow.

Dr. Kerrick was very calming, informative, and I feel like we have a good plan to deal with my issues.

Dr. Kerrick had actually recommended that I visit my primary care doctor for bloodwork because I had recently lost a good bit of weight, and didn't know why. I did so, and discovered that I had extremely low hemoglobin levels and was severely anemic. My PCP sent me to the ER and I had a transfusion of blood and iron infusions. If it had not been for Dr. Kerrick's observation and suggestion, I still may not know that something was wrong. I am very thankful for the care I get for my migraines as well as for the genuine concern Dr. Kerrick has for his patients.

Dr Kerrick really listened and his questions/tests were very appropriate.

Every time I visit Dr. Kerricks I am impressed by his staff and by him. Not only are they a very smart and professional team, they are also really kind and friendly. Add this all together and you find happy patients! I imagine any staff who did not possess these high quality attributes would not work there very long at all! I journey to ,I arrive and I leave Dr. Kerrick's practice never experiencing experiencing a bit of anxiety! I can't say this about all the specialist I see! I truly am thankful to be Dr. Kerrick's patient!
