Dr. French was amazing. I've been trying to get hormone testing as I've always had irregular cycles, but I've been told that "we don't do that here" or "I don't think that's necessary." Dr. French was the first person to fully listen, sympathize, and reassure me that we can test and make sure everything is where it should be, so we can hopefully make my cycles less painful and more consistent. She was very nice and I'm probably going to make her my primary OB/GYN.

Did not show empathy or concern for my overall health concerns.. Very short tela-appointment just addressed immediate need to RX refill.

I have heard such great things about Dr.French and had tried several times to get an appointment but she was not taking new patients. I kept trying and finally got appointment and she did not disappoint. I thought she was amazing! She was so knowledgeable about bio identical hormone replacement and I feel I'm finally going to get mine right!

I felt like this provider did not approve of my decisions with another practice. She sees me once a year. I've been careful with my decisions and they are mine. However, she was courteous. It's possible she wasn't even feeling that way.
