I couldn't ask for a better doctor! Dr. Hsing and his staff are always compassionate, attentive, and professional. Dr. Hsing always remembers my level of education and explains medical conditions and available medications and treatments at the appropriate level. He is quick to pull up diagrams or other images on his computer screen to support his explanations.

Dr. Hsing has been my caretaker of choice for the last ten years of more; I would not switch even if offered money! He is the absolute best in terms of care, compassion and attentiveness. And it helps that he is younger than I am because there is no chance of him retiring any time soon!

I had an after care question after I left the office, I e-mailed and received an answer at 9:30 p.m. that night! Dedication even to a simple non emergency question.

Dr Hsing is the best PCP during my 81 years on this planet. I've recommended him to several friends who are as admiring of him as a doctor.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hsing. He is extremely knowledgeable on all things related to health and medicine. He is one of the rare physicians who understands Addison's Disease and its treatment. He is always kind and understanding and takes his time with me; I never feel as If I'm rushed out of the room. I've had a rough year with illnesses and injuries and he has always made himself available to me for either treatment or advice. His staff is kind and considerate as well. I recently recommended him wholeheartedly to a friend/former coworker who was in need of a new doctor.

I love Dr.Hsing. He is so patient and kind and gets me feeling better quickly when I'm ill. The front desk, lab tech, nurses an staff are warm hearted and smart, and I love to see them interacting with elderly or feeble patients. I see them offer extra tenderness. And they play wholesome TV shows in the lobby that's makes me feel safe and nostalgic and peaceful.

Dr. Hsing explains everything so that I can understand it and is patient with my questions.

Dr. Grant Hsing this truly a great representation of a culturally competent and professional physician. He's genuine in healthcare discussions and ensures all aspects of care including possible risk factors are always addressed.

Thr staff were very kind and accommodating. The wait was minimal and Dr. Hsing is always thorough with his explanations, including visuals from his computer screen. I never feel rushed, and follow-up results to labs and prescriptions are immediate.
