My care provider is so patient and explains medical conditions so well. Her entire staff are so caring and alone enhances my wellbeing as a patient.

This was truly an excellent experience. Dr. Arikatla listened carefully to my concerns and gave me input as what was to be done, including a stat ultrasound of my right leg due to concern about swelling.

Although this was a prescheduled wellness visit, the day before I had a serious fall & Dr A was kind, caring and responsive to my needs showing much more compassion and desire to get me needed follow up care than they were at the urgent care the day before.

I feel as though she doesn't listen to the patient

Dr Arikatla does the bare minimum in providing care. I continue to allow her to be his pcp because it is deemed necessary. He is followed by many specialists who exhibit good care. This is the second appointment we've had with her in 6 months. She barely speaks to the patient at all and did minimal physical interaction with him- she listened to his heart and had him hold out his arms in front of him. As I said, I wouldn't be going to her if it wasn't necessary to list a pcp on every document.

We have seen Dr. Arikatla for routine check ups two times, since our former Internist retired and both times my husband and I were impressed with her professionalism, care, concern and friendliness. We are so glad to have found another doctor we like and trust.
