Dr, Novotna was so nice to see me on such short notice. She was kind and explained things very well. I gelt so bad that day and was so thankful for the entire office being so courteous and attentive.

She was very concerned, and pushed for me to go to NGMC for emergency treatment for a heart condition. Which we did. She even went and spoke to my provider, to let him know my situation, which I found very nice.

I greatly appreciate the time Dr Novotna took to see me on short notice, and it may be that I was sick, but she was not very friendly/personable. But thank goodness she was available. Maybe it's different when I don't feel so bad

Dr. Novotna is very caring and very knowledgeable. She will research to find best treatment. She has managed my cancer recovery better than any of my cancer doctors. This visit was for trigeminal neuralgia. She was very sympathetic to my condition.
