Lorraine is awesome! Check in tech/nurse (cannot recall her name) was very sweet and made the process easy and not irritating. Office staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond when I had a question about a prior bill.

I absolutely love having DR.LAPLACE as my families PCP. She is very caring and understanding and shows compassion. She doesn't try to hurry up and rush out of the room. She truly spends time with you and listens to you. I'm so happy I found this wonderful and very caring provider.

They were closing the office and scooted me in in time she took a Covid and RS retest and I tested positive for RSV so off to the ER I want but without hurting a luncheon I would still be suffering at home. I would just like to thank her again.

My visit was a good experience as always. Dr.LaPlace and staff were kind and considerate and addressed my complaints immediately.

She was absolutely amazing. She is everything that doctors should strive to be. She went above and beyond addressing my concerns and made sure I'll be doing a follow-up. She addressed concerns that I was not able to get my previous primary care doctor to even discuss.

My Provider was Very Professional, Personal and Conserned about my care

Lorraine is awesome, I have been around a lot of health providers in my career and over my 63 yrs and I believe she is very caring and knowledgeable and that comes across In how she treats her patients, It helps me trust that she has my best interest at heart. That is more rare than you might think. My husband and I both agree that she is great. She is a jewel!
