Ray Polk is a wonderful PA, excellent PCP. Very knowledgeable and professional, wise.

I always am treated with respect during my visits, not only by Mr. Polk, but by the nurse,phlebotimist and front desk staff. Very professional and personable environment.

Mr. Polk is a very dedicated provider concerned with patient needs or concerns. He was able to break down answers to symptom related issues I was experiencing.

Mr. Polk treated me in a professional, yet friendly manner. He listened to what I had to say, answered my questions, and explained my ongoing condition clearly. He suggested a prescription medication and preceeded to answer all my questions about that as well. I felt that he gave me his undivided attention and genuinely cared about me as his patient.
