We met with Christie J. Howard as a follow-up to a previous First visit, labs done, & ultrasound ordered. All were very understanding, paid careful attention, made sound decisions it seems, & followed thru efficiently & responsibly. Christie was exceptional and I would like to see her in future when needed & appropriate to the visit. She was extremely knowledgeable & I felt in good hands.

This was my first time to see Christie Howard, but will not be my last. She was phenomenal! I never give a 10 rating to anyone or anything, but I did for her with no hesitation. She took time with me, really made an effort to understand my concerns, encouraged me, made me feel like someone actually cared. You can tell she loves her job. For once someone was concerned about me, not the clock, not the next patient, not something else. She focused on me and went above and beyond to help me. I was not in a good place mentally or emotionally that day, and even though it wasn't her job, she listened intently and offered support. When most providers ask how is everything and you say not very well, they just gloss over it. But Christie did not do that. She took time to let me express my situation and she offered encouragement. She didn't say I hope things work out, she actually helped me. I was really impressed by Christie. When I left the doctor's office that day, I actually felt better, thanks to Christie. Someone listened, someone was not in a hurry, someone heard what I had to say, and someone reached out to help me. Christie is the model that every doctor and nurse should follow.

FNP Howard always greets you with a smile upon entering the room. She's easy to talk to; she listens and gives sensible answers to questions. The MA is pleasant and is quick in responding to my "My Chart" questions.
