One of the sweetest dr I had love her

The entire team that I saw was super nice. Each one talked to me and answered my questions. Since I did have a strep test and a steroid shot the nurses kept checking to make sure I was doing well.

Dr. Sims and the staff I saw that day was excellent. This is my 2nd time at this location and I'm extremely happy with the service and attention that I received. Prior to my visit I received a phone call asking me if I needed med refills; I was unsure at the time but was able to approach it with "if they were calling me then it was time". The lady that called me was very attentive and knew my history and recommended an office visit. I was able to schedule a visit the next day, I was thrilled to get such a prompt visit. Again the staff and Dr. Sims was fantastic!!

This was a visit to draw blood; however, I had an issue with dizziness and a cough. My PCP was not in so this provider saw me and gave prescriptions to treat symptoms. She was very gracious and listened to my issues.She worked me in and did not have time to address other concerns that I would have been able to discuss with my Doctor.The medication worked and I am much better.
