  • Cold, cough, flu and COVID-19 symptoms
  • Eye or ear problems
  • Fever
  • Headache
  • Muscular injury or sprain
  • Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
  • Skin conditions or rash
  • Sore throat

How it works

You can get started through MyChart. If you don’t have an account, no worries! We’ll walk you through the process to create one – it only takes a few minutes.

Schedule an Appointment
Once you’re logged in, you’ll be given the choice to “Get in Line” or “Schedule” a time for later in the day. If you want care right away, choose to get in line! However, if there are already too many people waiting in line, you’ll need to schedule for a later time that day.

Check In
After you get your appointment scheduled, you’ll need to check in for the appointment, which includes just a few more personal questions to help the provider to better care for you, as well as insurance and payment information.

Remember, if you don’t have a MyChart account already, you’ll need to go through the one-time sign-up process – enter some of your personal information, verify your identity and choose a username and password – after you get scheduled.

Meet with your Provider
Once you’re through the check-in process, you’ll be ready to join the video visit with one of NGPG’s trusted providers. Your visit will feel much like a regular, in-person visit, but much more convenient. The provider will ask some questions and examine your symptoms, and then recommend treatment.

View Your Visit Summary
After your On-demand Urgent Care Video Visit, you and your primary care physician will be able to access the results through your MyChart account, so the next time you’re scheduled to see your doctor, they won’t have to catch up.
