NGPG Urology joining Georgia Urology

We are excited to share an important update about your care. Effective January 1, 2025, the physicians and advanced practice providers of Northeast Georgia Physicians Group (NGPG) Urology are joining Georgia Urology, a physician-owned practice dedicated exclusively to urologic health. While the name of the practice is changing, you’ll still see the same physician you’ve trusted with your care.

What This Means for You

• Continuity of Care: You can keep any appointments you already have scheduled with the same trusted physicians or nurse practitioner, and they will have access to your medical records.
• Continued Collaboration: Your physician will continue partnering with Northeast Georgia Health System to provide care, including at Northeast Georgia Medical Center hospitals, preserving the trusted relationships you rely on.
• Appointments at Braselton, Buford, and Gainesville Locations: Any appointments you have scheduled after January 1 at Braselton, Buford, and Gainesville will stay on the same day and time, but will be at a new location:

• Appointments at Toccoa Location: Any appointments you have scheduled after January 1 at Toccoa will stay on the same day, time, and location: 58 Big A Road, 4^th Floor, Toccoa, Georgia 30577.
