Northeast Georgia Physicians Group (NGPG) is proud to welcome Tyler Holubar, DPM, to NGPG Podiatry, where he will provide comprehensive foot and ankle care to patients in the Gainesville area.

Dr. Holubar brings a deep passion for podiatric medicine and a commitment to personalized, compassionate care. He treats a wide range of conditions—from ingrown toenails and diabetic foot care to acute injuries and end-stage arthritis—with a focus on helping patients return to the activities they love.

“I truly enjoy treating all aspects of podiatric medicine,” said Dr. Holubar. “Whether it’s a minor issue or a complex condition, I strive to provide personalized care that gets patients back on their feet as quickly and safely as possible.”

Dr. Holubar earned his undergraduate degree from Utah State University and received his medical degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. He recently completed his Podiatric Surgical Residency at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville, Indiana, where he served as chief resident.

Dr. Holubar’s decision to join NGPG was driven by the organization’s strong culture of teamwork and community service.

“Everyone I met was passionate about what they do and truly committed to serving their community,” he said. “I knew I wanted to be part of that.”

Outside of work, Dr. Holubar enjoys spending time with his wife and children, playing golf, experimenting with new recipes, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.

“My approach to care is built on compassion, communication, and trust,” said Dr. Holubar. “I believe in listening closely to my patients—not just to understand their symptoms, but to understand how those symptoms affect their lives. I want every patient to feel informed, empowered and supported throughout their care journey.”

Dr. Holubar is now accepting new patients at NGPG Podiatry in Gainesville. To schedule an appointment, visit ngpg.org/holubar or call 770-219-9320.
