	Idopise Umana, MD Physician of the Month Dr. Umana is a provider with Northeast Georgia Physicians Group specializing in Internal Medicine. She earned her medical degree from Augusta University and is board-certified in Internal Medicine. She completed her fellowship at Mayo Clinic Hospital Jacksonville. Dr. Umana displays all of NGPG’s core values – respectful compassion, deep interdependence, responsible stewardship and passion for excellence. She is truly an advocate for everyone she meets. She works to improve the work place every day and strives to do her best in all she does.
	Rachel Smith, FNP Advanced Practice Provider of the Month Rachel Smith is a provider with Northeast Georgia Physicians Group specializing in Internal Medicine. Rachel obtained her clinical education from South University and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Rachel always has a great attitude, no matter the situation. She comes to work to serve the community and always goes above and beyond. She truly cares for all of her patients no matter who they are. She listens and takes in everything they say. She is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and dependable. She is always willing to go above and beyond for her patients.
	Jessica Roberts, RT Employee of the Month Jessica Roberts is a rock star! Even with everything that’s on her plate at work, she still manages to answer phone calls and emails when staff we need her. She’s patient and kind when staff have questions and will listen to every word and concern brought to her and try her hardest to help. You can truly tell she loves her job and those she works with!
