George Faile, MD
Physician of the Month
Dr. George Faile is a provider with Northeast Georgia Physicians Group Urgent Care. He earned his medical degree from American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. Dr. Faile is board certified in Family Medicine and completed his fellowship at Floyd Medical Center.
Dr. Faile pours his heart and soul into caring for others. He is kind, compassionate, caring and an outstanding provider. He is always going above and beyond for others. He often picks up shifts at other Urgent Care locations. He also works with the residents at Northeast Georgia Health System, volunteers at a free clinic and has even done mission work in Ghana. He established his own foundation (The George Faile Foundation) that provides spiritual and healthcare needs to those in impoverished areas of the world. He is an amazing physician and a role model for others entering the field of medicine.
Kailey Scott, PA
Advanced Practice Provider of the Month
Kailey Scott is a provider with Northeast Georgia Physicians Group specializing in Hospital Medicine. Kailey obtained her clinical education from South University and she is a board-certified Physician Assistant.
Kailey shows respectful compassion in everything she does. She is the poster child for Deep Independence. Kailey rounds multiple times a night and collaborates with our nursing staff as her peers. She listens and advocates for her patients to get the care they need.
She regularly saves the day and is famous for getting patients to critical care before they begin to decline.
Sandra Gulle, CMA
Employee of the Month
Sandy is the most kind and compassionate person. Her positive attitude is infectious! She is always eager to help, whether the issue is with a patient’s chart, a question about how to complete a task, or just something in Epic. At a moment’s notice, she is willing to help problem solve and assist others. She shows her Passion for Excellence every day when she comes into work with a smiling face and positive demeanor and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure a task is completed correctly. She is an outstanding example of a kind, genuine human-being and role model for our Health System.
