Ehren Gleckler, FNP

Advanced Practice Provider of the Month

I have worked with numerous midlevel providers in my career, none as well read or conscientious as Ehren. He is well read, clinically very astute, and patients love him. I can’t think of anyone else more deserving of this award.

I would like to nominate Ehren Gleckler for employee of the month. He is currently an FNP at NGPG Auburn Primary Care. His Press Ganey scores are one of the highest in the system. His work ethic and moral exceed any of my wildest expectations. He is our practice champion and always willing to lend a hand to help wherever he may be needed in the office.

Ehren is an extremely hard-working person, that goes above and beyond for his patients. He is the primary provider for our outdoor Covid-19 Clinic. Ehren has voluntarily turned his afternoons into drive up visits only. Resulting in a lot of patients avoiding Urgent Care for Covid-19, Flu, and RSV testing. Ehren is a strong believer in doing all he can to help keep our sick and non-sick patients separate as well as keeping our staff here at NGPG Auburn well. No matter how exhausted he may be, he will never voice it and will always put his patients first. Even though no one is considered perfect, Ehren is truly the epitome of perfection.

Dawn Wallace

Employee of the Month

Dawn is the glue that holds our office together. Our office went through some pretty rough times this year. Since Dawn took over, our patients are happier. Our staff is more united and happier. We have mended relationships with other specialties. I feel like Dawn really saved the Cleveland office, and she needs to be recognized for that.

Dawn has gone above and beyond. She has been the go to person. Even if she does not know the answer, she will find it. She has been acting as our interim manager as well as continuing to do our referrals.

She has always done all she can both for the staff if they have questions or patients/ family members. She treats everyone with respect and fairness. She brings everyone in our clinic together and has really boosted the morale. She embodies our core values.
