JEFFERSON, Ga. – Northeast Georgia Physicians Group (NGPG) welcomes family medicine and sports medicine physician William Grimsley, MD, to NGPG Jefferson, a new practice to NGPG.
Dr. Grimsley received his medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine, in Atlanta, GA, and completed his residency in family medicine at the AnMed Health Family Medicine Residency Program, in Anderson, SC.
He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the South Carolina Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, the American College of Sports Medicine and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
“I am excited to be joining NGPG in opening a practice here in Jefferson,” says Dr. Grimsley. “I have recently moved to the Jefferson area and am excited to become a part of this great community. I’m looking forward to serving you and caring for the communities medical needs while also encouraging a healthy and active lifestyle for my patients in the Jefferson area.”
NGPG Jefferson, is now accepting patients for routine and preventive health evaluations, immunizations, same-day appointments, EKG, physicals, x-ray, sports medicine services and laboratory services.
