Congratulations to our March Employee of the Month Winners!

	Lauren Bauer, MD Physician of the Month​ Dr. Lauren Bauer has done a marvelous job as a physician advisor instituting interdisciplinary rounds that have dramatically improved geometric mean length of stay, even during a pandemic. She also teaches residents in the Graduate Medical Education (GME) program and has produced and taught a multi-session educational program for the inpatient medicine service line. Dr. Bauer is extremely flexible and has provided needed coverage across multiple hospital campuses. Finally, Dr. Bauer has an extremely warm, compassionate personality and a good sense of humor that makes it a pleasure to work with her.
	Tiffany Tucker, CNM Advanced Practice Provider of the Month Tiffany Tucker is kind hearted and one of the best providers I have EVER had the pleasure to work with. Patients LOVE her and will drive to any location without hesitation just to see her. Tiffany has such a nurturing spirit and will do anything to help someone in need. She is down to earth, doesn’t judge, and never complains. I have seen her reassure numerous patients when they are nervous about their first pregnancy. She takes her time and the staff loves to work with her. I have worked with Tiffany for a long time, and she is the same sweet lady today that she was 11 years ago. I think Tiffany Tucker deserves to be APP of the month for NGPG. She is the best!
	Delaney Daniel, RT Employee of the Month Delaney Daniel is the true meaning of a team player in our organization. She not only does an amazing job as an RT, but she is also willing to jump in and help the nursing staff with answering phones, cleaning rooms and discharging patients. She always puts the team first and does so with a smile and positive attitude. She is an overall an amazing employee and we appreciate her so much!
